Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary according to the type of item you are ordering and the zip code we are delivering to. However, one of our priorities is to always maintain a competitive rate from our carriers and make sure any discount is passed on to you.


Delivery Times

Orders are processed daily. And we do our best to include all orders received by 11am PST in today’s shipment.  Transit time varies from 1 to 5 business days based on the zip code we are delivering to. Your order is being shipped from our facility in Southern California.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
  • All expedited orders require a street address.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
  • We may not be able to mix items into a single package. Individual shipping and handling charges may apply for multiple items orders.


International Shipping Information is not liable for Customs duties and taxes applied by your country of destination.


Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

Missing, lost or damaged items must be reported to us in writing within 15 days from expected receiving date. Damaged items must be kept handy for possible inspection by carrier and can be disposed off once the investigation/claim is completed.
