How soon can you ship?
We fulfill our orders daily. In most cases, orders received prior to 11am will be shipped the same day.
Can I return my order?
Only spice racks qualify for returns as long as you contact us via phone or email first. An RMA # will be issued and given to you to reference it on the package for proper credit. Spice racks can only be returned when spices are unopened. Due to health regulations, Spices are not returnable.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are only processed if we sent the wrong item, or the item we sent was defective. Shipping charges are not refundable in any other case.
My tracking number shows delivered, but I don’t have my order.
From time-to-time carriers will mark orders as “delivered” prior to the actual drop-off in your mailbox. Please allow 24-48hrs more for your package to arrive before contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I entered the wrong ship-to address?
You are responsible for providing the full and correct mailing address. We are unable to re-ship orders for free when the wrong or incomplete address is given.
What is the capacity of my glass jars?
All our cylindrical jars hold 3oz.
How can I clean my spice rack?
Spice racks and jar lids are to be wiped down with a damp cloth and dried off immediately. Glass jars can be hand-washed as long as there are not labels on the jars.
What is the shelf life of my spices?
Most spices do not expire as long as they are kept sealed in a cool and dry storage area. For best taste, use your spices within two years and replace as desired for freshness.
Where do I find my spices Best By date?
A label can be identified on the bottom of your spice rack as well as on the individual spice refills bags.
How do I register my spice rack for the free refill program?
The spice refill program is only available to registered customers only. To register, visit www.OriiSpiceRefills.com and click “Create Account”.
Enter the registration code that came with your spice rack and your email address. Once registered you will be able to place your refill orders online as needed. Shipping and handling is payable at the check-out stage.
If you cannot find a registration code for your spice rack, or have trouble registering, please email a receipt and/or photo of your spice rack to email@example.com, and a customer service rep will help you with registration.
